Welcome To Victoria Magathan Elementary School

Victoria Magathan Elementary School is a Dual Immersion School that features Spanish and English instruction across core subjects. Native English speaking & native Spanish speaking students are taught in both English and Spanish, with the aim of bilteracy in both languages. Magathan's mascot is the Tiger, and holds a student population of about 500 students.

Student Services: Ready for 7th Grade? Make sure your shots are up to date!

 

Parents of All 7th grade Students:

California's School immunization laws require that all students entering 7th grade have the following immunizations:

  • Varicella (Two doses are required, one after the child's 7th birthday)
  • Tdap (Tdap booster required prior to 7th grade entry)

All incoming 7th graders will be required to show proof of these immunizations.

Board of Trustees: Trustee Area Survey

AESD is transitioning from an At Large Election Process to a By-Trustee Area Election Process. The first Public Hearing on Trustee Area Scenarios will be at the Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting on August 27, 2019. We want to hear your opinions!
